Lasagne alle Bolognese
1 quantity Ragu Sauce
1 1/2 quantities of Béchamel Sauce
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 package Fresh pasta
Preheat oven 400F
Cook pasta according to directions on the package.
Combine the Ragu Sauce and Béchamel Sauce. Mix completely.
Smear the bottom of a deep 9 x 13in baking dish with the sauce.
Cover with a layer of pasta. Spread again a thin layer of sauce and
sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Continue to layer all three items to
at least 7 layers. Top with a generous sprinkle of cheese.
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes until it starts to bubble and a light golden crust
forms on the top.
Remove from the oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before serving.
Can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerate it for up to 2 days.
